Brief Overview about yourself:
As an attorney, my goal is to help clients maximize their financial recovery while minimizing the time they spend in court and away from their work. I believe clearly explaining the legal process and setting realistic expectations from the outset are key to building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my wife and kids, watching my daughter play softball and my son play lacrosse. I am also passionate about martial arts, travel, music, landscaping, and reading.
Practice Areas:
I concentrate primarily on civil litigation, with a focus on collecting accounts receivable for medical practitioners in the Philadelphia area.
This includes handling:
- PIP (Personal Injury Protection) claims
- LOP (Letter of Protection) disputes
- Workers’ Compensation payment issues
In addition, I manage cases involving:
- Debt collection
- Breach of Contract
- Landlord-tenant disputes
