During law school, Jordan clerked for The Honorable James Hunter, III, in the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He thereafter clerked for The Honorable Richard Klein in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. During his third year of law school, Jordan clerked for the Philadelphia Litigation firm of Feinberg & Silva, P.C. Upon graduating law school, Jordan joined Lorry & Hymowitz, P.C. in Philadelphia. In 1990, he joined Silverman & Mailman, P.C. with whom he practiced until 2024. Last year, David Denenberg recruited Jordan to join Abramson & Denenberg, P.C., which has been his legal home ever since!
